Shipping Policy
Every order is carefully prepared and packaged by an amazing fulfillment team. Orders typically ship from our location within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). However, orders placed during large sales, promotions, product launches, or holidays may require additional processing time.
We will be closed in observance of the following U.S. holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day

Shipping Your Order
We have multiple ways of getting product to you and subsidize many of these costs to give you a clean flat rate of $9.99 and in some cases we ship FREE. Speeds to your location will vary on things like distance, holidays, spikes in orders, etc. However, we make every attempt to try and have each order out the door within 24 business hours and to your door within 2-5 business days after.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Processing time can take up to 5 business days before an order ships. To estimate your delivery date, add 1-5 business days (processing time) to the estimated transit time listed above.
No guarantees on delivery
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping speeds may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Severe weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Other unexpected delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to these circumstances and cannot offer reimbursements for late deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Stone Mountain's international shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees vary by country and courier and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We are not responsible for these charges. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment using the tracking link sent to your email when your order ships.
- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear.
- Once your order is delivered, we’ll send a confirmation email or SMS notification.
- We cannot override courier policies or appeal delays on your behalf.
Returned Orders
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Courier service disruptions
- Other unforeseen issues

Military Shipping
We proudly ship, for free, to all U.S. Armed Forces locations.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate and properly formatted.
- Our shipping software cannot validate or correct address errors.
- Deliver to these locations can take longer as orders are consolidated and held until it makes sense to ship to you. This is between 1 and 30 days typically.
